Requirement: Laptops with preinstalled Fiji ( and

CellProfiler ( in windows/Linux/Mac operating systems.

Module 2: Image Inspection

Module 3: Image Filtering, Background Subtraction & Intensity Measurements

Module 4: Thresholding & Segmentation

Module 5: Colocalization

Module 6: Batch Processing

Module 7: Introduction to CellProfiler

Module 8: High Content Image Analysis using Cell Profiler


Day1 : 5 hours

Day2 : 5 hours

Day3 : 2 hours (Discussion)
